Bunjil Place is a new Council-led space offering entertainment, events and activities. Engaged in a place-making capacity, we were asked to bring urban lifestyle experiences to the South-East.
We crafted the concept of Hawker Street Food Festival, a family-friendly Asian-inspired food festival bringing together some of Melbourne’s best food trucks, kids craft workshops by Santiago Bird, cooking demonstrations, games, live music and beer garden serving delicious spiced cocktails.
The event was attended by an estimated 6000 locals and helped establish the space a new lifestyle precinct.
